Http://www.vnstt.com is the site owned by ST&T company consisting of 20 permanent staff of professional English-Vietnamese translators. Each translator obtained master's or bachelor's degree in English studies, a certificate in professional translation and/or another degree in the field(s) in which the translator translates, and an average of 10 years experience in translation.

Quality Assurance:
Our quality process is designed to assure high and stable quality for all our translations.
Before accepting a project or document for translation, we will check part of or the whole project for evaluation and for possible mistakes, such as omissions, errors, unreadable parts (of scanned pages),... If there are any mistakes, we will contact our client for supplementations, information, explanation, illustrations,... During the translation process, if we find any further mistakes or ambiguous terms, we will check for clarifications to ensure the most accurate translation.
Each translation project is assigned to two highly experienced and specialized translators, one translating and one editing/proofreading. In case of a very difficult technical translation project, we will have it edited/proofread one more time by a third independent specialist.

Translation Rate
The translation rates range from $3 to $30 per page (350 words) depending on the difficulty, submission deadline, file type and importance of the documents.
If you have a project or documents for translation and would like to receive our quotation, please send email to us with your project or document attached.
You are encouraged to start with a small order first to evaluate the quality of our service.

Payment: For new clients, we usually ask for full or partial payments before full or partial deliveries.
If your company frequently uses our service, we can accept payment within 15-30 days after delivery.

Confidentiality 
We fully understand the importance of your project/document and the possible risks if your information is disclosed to third parties. Therefore, we keep all your information confidential to prevent from all possible
risks.
Exceptions: we may disclose your information to third parties you consent to such disclosure in advance.
